Where We Ship: We currently ship within Singapore and to selected regional countries: Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Once processed, your order will be shipped according to the estimated shipping times below.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Singapore: 1-3 business days
- Malaysia: 3-5 business days
- Indonesia: 5-7 business days
- Vietnam: 6-9 business days
Shipping Rates:
- Singapore: SGD 3-10
- Malaysia: SGD 10-25
- Indonesia: SGD 15-30
- Vietnam: SGD 20-35

Taxes and Duties
Local and Regional Orders: At Ning Collective, we do not charge any additional taxes at checkout for orders shipping to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, or Vietnam. The total cost displayed during checkout is the final price you will pay for your order.
International Orders: For customers outside these regions, please note that while we don't collect taxes, duties, or import fees, your country may impose these charges once your package arrives.
